Mucver- Turkish dish

As usual I was surfing internet and checking different weblogs that I like that I saw a recipe about a Turkish food made of zucchini and feta cheese. In our house I love zucchini and cheese and Sepehr has a great desire for Turkish foods as he is always talking about delicious dishes from there. So I thought that would be a good idea if I make it for dinner. It was delish.
I changed the amounts since we are only two persons and I didn't want to have any leftover.

For making 8 of them:

  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • Half a bunch of dill
  • less than half a bunch of mint
  • 4 spring onions
  • You will need one grated zucchini
  • grated feta cheese
  • one to two spoon wheat flour
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • and also I added some turmeric
  • 2 eggs

You need to squeeze the grated zucchini to avoid the watery mixture.

Then mix all the ingredients:

and fry both sides of each of them with grape seed oil.

I forgot to take the picture of it at the end, but it was good and Sepehr also liked it so I will give it a try in the future.
