I changed the amounts since we are only two persons and I didn't want to have any leftover.
For making 8 of them:
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a bunch of dill
- less than half a bunch of mint
- 4 spring onions
- You will need one grated zucchini
- grated feta cheese
- one to two spoon wheat flour
- salt, ground black pepper
- and also I added some turmeric
- 2 eggs
You need to squeeze the grated zucchini to avoid the watery mixture.
Then mix all the ingredients:
and fry both sides of each of them with grape seed oil.
I forgot to take the picture of it at the end, but it was good and Sepehr also liked it so I will give it a try in the future.
