Research for baking?!!!


It's been a while that I have wanted to bake oatmeal raisin cookies myself, after reading some recipes I came up with a mixed recipe which I though it could be healthier. I actually reduced the butter to 3/4 the amount and also the same for sugar but I didn't have brown sugar so I used a mixture of white sugar with maple syrup. I substituted the whole wheat flour for all purpose flour. The outcome was good and actually I liked it for the first time but as I am going to change the recipe for the next time I will wait to see which one is better and then I will post the result.
